I was walking on the Mall in Mussoorie recently when I spotted this ferris wheel. It’s completely hand-powered by two young men. One of them climbs up on the axle while the other one pushes from below. Then the one who was pushing climbs up while it’s moving and they both walk side by side on the cross bars. To combat boredom or maybe just to show off, once the wheel is turning pretty fast, they take turns climbing around. In the photo above, one man is “walking” the wheel while the other (white shirt) is hanging upside down. When he reached the bottom, he jumped off and proceeded to stop it. Pretty wild!

LOL, I think this fits in the category…Only in India. I can’t imagine how they do this without injury.
